- Residential, commercial, and industrial construction
- Project management and design-and-build services
- Site preparation and trade services
- Rectification and completion of stalled or underperforming projects
The exact scope of works will be defined in a written quotation, proposal, or contract.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- All project costs are pre-estimated and provided prior to commencement.
- Estimates are based on information available at the time and may vary if scope changes occur.
- Any variations must be approved in writing and may affect the final cost and timeline.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude GST.
4. Variations
Variations may arise due to:
- Client-requested changes
- Unforeseen site conditions
- Regulatory or compliance requirements
Variations will be quoted and must be approved before works proceed.
5. Project Timeframes
Construction timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, approvals, supply delays, or third-party actions. We will communicate any material delays as soon as practicable.
6. Stalled or Takeover Projects
For projects taken over from other builders:
- We will conduct an initial assessment of existing works
- Compliance rectification may be required before proceeding
- We are not responsible for defects or non-compliance arising from prior works unless explicitly agreed in writing
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure site access when required
- Obtain necessary approvals unless otherwise agreed
- Make payments in accordance with agreed terms
Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or additional costs.
8. Payments
- Payment terms will be outlined in your contract or invoice
- Late payments may result in work suspension
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law
9. Compliance and Standards
All works will be carried out in accordance with applicable Australian Standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
10. Warranties and Defects
- Statutory warranties apply as required by law
- Any defects must be reported in writing within a reasonable time
- We will rectify defects attributable to our work within a reasonable timeframe
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
13. Confidentiality
All project information, pricing, and documentation must be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and apply to future engagements.
